Why Rosta exists
A husband, a wife's training business, and an admin headache that never needed to be this hard.
Rosta started as a favour. My wife was setting up her own training business, and the admin was quietly burying her — who'd paid, who was due a session, whose credits were running low. The gym apps she tried were all wrong: too many features she'd never touch, priced like she was running a chain, not a diary and a spare room. So she went back to a notebook and a calculator.
I could see the real problem: she didn't need more software, she needed the right software — built around how she actually worked. So I built her one, and it worked so well I realised every independent coach was fighting the same battle: tools built for studios ten times their size, or no tool at all.
So we built it again — properly, for every coach, not just one gym. One place for your bookings, your clients and your payments, generating the diary and financial information you need without a hundred features you'll never open. That's Rosta.

We’re an independent, ethical company — and we put 1% of our profits where our values are, every year. Doing well and doing good aren’t in competition.
