Pricing questions, answered
How does the free trial work?+
Every new account gets 30 days of Pro, free. You'll add a card at sign-up so there's nothing to set up later, but you won't be charged until day 30 — cancel any time before then and you won't pay a penny.
What's the difference between Lite and Pro?+
Lite covers the coach-only essentials: schedule, clients, money and basic insights. Pro adds automated email reminders, retention alerts, advanced insights and CSV/tax-year export.
What is Complete, and when is it coming?+
Complete is everything in Pro plus a self-serve portal where your clients book their own sessions and pay you online, with payments reconciled automatically. It's in active development — register interest and we'll let you know the moment it launches. The £29 price is indicative until then.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes, any time — from Settings or your billing portal. Every plan runs on the same app and the same data, so switching is instant with nothing to migrate and nothing lost.
Is there a setup fee?+
Never. Rosta is simple by design — no bloated feature set to configure, no gimmicks you'll never use. Set your services and pricing and you're genuinely live in minutes, not a multi-week onboarding project.
What about contracts?+
Monthly plans are rolling — cancel any time from your billing portal. Annual plans save you two months and are billed yearly.
Is my data safe and portable?+
Yes. Your workspace is protected by row-level security in the database, hosted in the UK/EU, and you can export everything as CSV whenever you want — clients, sessions, the lot. That means you're never locked in: drop Rosta any time and move back to a spreadsheet with your data intact. Try it with no regrets.
